[ It's a long and complicated story, and no one seems to have all the pieces, even Set. Horus thinks for a moment where to start, then settles in a truth without details. ]

There's someone from my world here, but I think he's from a time before he recognizes me. If he does, then all he'll see when he looks at me is death. I wish to know him without our war in the way.

Anubis is the protector lost souls and the hopeless, who guides the dead to the underworld, so no mentioning I'm a sky god. Set's as thick as honey, he's not going to question my wings.

[He laughs.] It seems we have a mutual friend! That Set is a terrible liar, so I imagine he's just as terrible about picking up on when he's being told lies, too.

Anyway, lost souls and the dead -- seems easy enough to remember.

Isn't he so cute?

[ He's such a bad liar.. Horus looks happy just thinking about it. ]

I have many good reasons to believe he's not the villain everyone declares he is, but "Horus" is destined to kill Set and that's all he sees when he looks upon me. I can't pretend forever, but at least for now, maybe I can have the chance he'll never give me to get close to him. Your help in that is appreciated.
